High-performing teams never happen by accident
September 28 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
There are many reasons to do team-building activities. The obvious one is when people come together to form a team. You also want to do team-building when: the membership changes, you return to the office after the pandemic (whatever that looks like), or any other change in context or understanding.
In other words, team-building is an ongoing activity that, when done well, will create the potential for a high-performing team.
There are five conversations every team will have on their way to becoming a high-performing team. These conversations rarely happen during the normal course business or at a team social event.
This session will introduce you to the five conversations every team needs to have on the road to becoming a high-performing team.
As a result of attending, you will understand:
- the difference between a group and a team
- the characteristics of a high-performing team (it’s not just a buzzword)
- the five conversations that set any team on the path to becoming a high-performing team
