Have you noticed how everyone is adding buzzwords to their messages in an attempt to stand out. I know they’re trying to carve out their niche and sell themselves. But seriously, the only thing they’re accomplishing is to create fads, illusions, and hype.

Take, for example, everyone is adding the word “Agile” to their ‘thing’. Agile Leadership. Business Agility. Agile Teamwork. Agile Product Management.

Everyone is adding the word Agile as if it’s the magical solution to all your problems.
