In some ways, this pandemic is a blessing. I’ve slowed down, which is giving me the space to see parts of my life for what they are. It turns out I don’t need to be so busy or making so much money. I don’t need to be rushing off in all directions.

Take this opportunity to examine what is true for you and your team. What assumptions or beliefs were you holding that isn’t true? How important is the social time and laughter that might have annoyed you in the past? What are they able to accomplish that you didn’t think they could while working from home?

What will the future look like for us? Who knows. Don’t worry about that. Right now, enjoy seeing things more clearly than ever before.
