Do you know those moments where you walk into a room and immediately sense something just happened? What about when you’re in a conversation and that little voice in your head is telling you something?

Over the past number of years, I’ve learned to trust my intuition. My intuition might have me feeling something, or speaking to me through that voice in my head. Your intuition and feelings provide valuable information. Unfortunately, though, our society tells us to stick to the facts. There’s not enough credit given to gut feelings.

One way I like to work with the information that comes to me through my intuition is to name what I’m feeling and ask a powerful question. For example, “I’m noticing this conversation feels heavy. What are you feeling?”
