I started writing this blog more than two years ago. My original idea was to share my journey of personal growth. I had no idea where this blog was going to lead or how long it was going to last.

I’ve shared a lot during the past two years. I’ve shared the highs of some pretty incredible stuff, and I’ve shared the lows of feeling depressed. I’ve shared what it means to hold myself back and other times to just go for it.

This morning I am celebrating 125 straight weeks of sharing my journey with you! The good news is I have no intention of stopping this personal growth blog any time soon, and I am going to be restarting another blog.

Up until a year ago I had another blog series focused on my professional life. In hindsight, I think I was struggling to write these posts because I was confronting some pretty big decisions in my professional life.

The end result of those decisions is that I decided to focus my professional life on leadership. This is why I formed Leading for Change. Leading for Change turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. So it’s time to restart the leadership blog.

My goal during most weeks is to write both on personal growth and leadership. Personal growth is a part of being a leader and it’s certainly not limited to leaders. This is why I’m not lumping it all together. Leadership is an important topic for me.

Here’s what I want you to know:

All of my posts will be published on https://Leadingforchange.ca in two blogs:

Leadership – containing leadership topics sharing my views and ideas on leadership in the world.

Personal Growth – applicable to everyone whether or not you consider yourself a leader.

Regardless of how you follow me today, there is nothing for you have to do to continue following both these blogs. Both blogs will be posted to social media. If you receive my posts by email, you will continue to receive them by email, although you will notice some format changes soon.

I am excited and look forward to sharing even more with you! Change continues to be in the wind!
