Think of a great leader you want to be like. Perhaps a leader you would like to have as a mentor. How would you describe their leadership? How would you know they are a great leader?

The only way I know to become a great leader is to keep moving forward. You won’t always get it right, but do not let that stop you. Commit to being the best expression of yourself, learning from those around you. Leaders who aren’t afraid to keep moving find the right way to lead.

The cool part is, one day you will look around and realize the great leader you were looking for, is you.
