Is it possible to be a perfect leader and have; all the right knowledge, perfect morale, no problems, total control and much more? For years, I tried to achieve this dream state of being a perfect leader.

Truthfully, perfection is not possible in leadership. You will never have enough knowledge. Perfect morale might mean you are leading emotionless creatures. No problems likely mean you are living in denial.

One of the defining reasons for the need for leadership is that only imperfection is possible. When you embrace the imperfection of leadership, the true brilliance in your leadership will shine.
