Do you ever find yourself not doing something because of a fear of failure? It happens to me all the time, and when it does, it can leave me paralyzed. The problem is that in these moments, I’m not doing what I want to be doing.

When I find myself stuck due to a fear of failure, I remind myself that there is no such thing as fully prepared. No matter what I do, there’s always the potential for something I didn’t anticipate. I also remind myself that I’m free, powerful, and at choice, which means I can respond to whatever might happen.

Stop worrying about whether you might fail and embrace the idea that you will fail at times. Focus more on responding effectively to whatever might happen.

You’ve got this.
