Until a handful of years ago, I spent a lot of time focused on self-improvement. I was looking for ways to be more successful. The thing is, when you focus on improving yourself, you can always dig deeper and find ways to improve yourself.

What if you just accepted yourself as you are today? Instead of putting more energy into self-improvement, put your energy into helping someone else improve. When you help others, you can’t help but improve yourself too.

Then, tomorrow, you can accept who you are again and help someone from that new place you find yourself. You truly have everything you need.

You’ve got this.
