Recently, I was reflecting on my writing and became conscious that I talk about problems a lot. I had a moment where I wondered if you, my readers, might be tired of it.

However, leadership and life are best when you can respond effectively to problems, upsets, and stuck spots. The greater your ability to respond, the more fulfilling you will find life. Your response is born in your intentions, made visible through your self-awareness, and resolved by your ability to face reality.

So, as long as I believe I can help others see and confront problems, I’ll continue writing about problems. Besides, problems are what makes life so interesting and leadership worthwhile.
