Recently, I attended an event that challenged me to stop trying to get things perfect. For example, I’ve long wanted to create video messages for social media. Yet, I hadn’t, as it always felt like a struggle to get it right.

Truthfully, there is no perfect. Further, people are so busy they don’t honestly care whether it’s perfect. I’ve done four videos now, and in releasing my need to get it right, they were both fun and easy to do.

What are you not doing because you’re too worried about getting it right? Stop worrying about what others think, and do it! The people you lead will see you in action and follow your lead. Then, watch where they go from there!
