Do you sometimes beat yourself up when you make a mistake? I sometimes do, and I can be quite tough on myself. How could I be so stupid? What made me think of doing it that way?

When you make a mistake, it’s a sign that you’ve reached the limits of your best. It doesn’t make you stupid or incapable. It just means you have something to learn from the experience.
