“It may not be fear you’re feeling, it may be excitement.” — unknown

I frequently write about fear. Fear is the feeling that you get when you’re about to try something new. For me, I’ll start to pace around, get sweaty palms, and my mind will start racing.

One way I’ve learned to tame the fear is to turn it into excitement. The excitement I’m about to do something new, and no matter what happens, I know I’m going to grow as a result.

Convert my fear into excitement is as simple as telling myself I’m excited. Instead of, “I don’t know if I can do this…” I tell myself! “I’m excited about what’s going to happen!”

Mindset is a powerful thing. What will you be excited about today?

You’ve got this.
