If there’s one thing I think we’ve learned in 2020, it is that just when you think you’ve got things figured out … you realize that you don’t.
Truthfully, though, this isn’t just a 2020 thing. The reality of life is that we’re projecting our past experiences onto our future. This projection can leave you feeling anxious or responding to something which may or may not happen.
As we go into 2021, it would be easy to feel anxious about the uncertainty we face based on how 2020 went. However, don’t forget that the anxiety you’re feeling comes from your past. You’re in charge of how you feel about what’s in front of you.
Personally, I’m excited about the possibilities.
