Remember back in the days when we were in the office together? We knew people were in meetings because they weren’t at their desks.

You might not have seen them all day, and that meant there was a good chance that they were in back-to-back meetings all day.

With this virtual world, we’re in, it’s easy to lose sight of just how many meetings people are in unless you’re there with them, of course.

Well-run meetings can be a place that work gets done. But, if someone is in meetings all day, when do you expect them to do their work?

In this virtual world, make it okay and expected for people to keep their meeting load visible. Better yet, make it okay for people to say “No” to joining a meeting.
