Rosie and I have started looking at the impact of the pandemic on our lives. Most notably, I’ve significantly lowered my revenue forecast for the year. It’s not what we wanted as we had plans for the year.

Given this isn’t what I wanted, it would be easy for me to sit and feel like a victim. Poor me. This stupid pandemic did this to me. Why wasn’t the government more prepared? Oh, woe is me.

Or, I can accept that these events are happening, and I cannot control them. I do have control over how I respond to what is happening all around me.
