Here, in Ontario, we’re back into a lockdown. The rules about the lockdown are inconsistent and, at times, questionable. The vaccination program is slow, to say the least.

It’s all too easy to feel down about the circumstances of life. For a while, I was feeling down and wondering when this madness would end. I couldn’t focus, my sleep was affected, and I’ve put on weight.

You can choose to let circumstances run your life. Or, you can take charge and be the leader for your life.

  • Spend time in nature
  • Talk about how you’re feeling to family and friends
  • Do something creative
  • Get lost in a good book

You are in charge of your reality. What do you want your reality to be?
