There are times I find myself torturing myself about a decision I’m trying to make. I’ll spend time analyzing the facts in hopes of finding the perfect answer.
Meanwhile, what have I done? Nothing.
Here’s a simple truth: No matter how hard you try, you will never know if you have made the perfect decision. So, just let go of the idea that you can.
Instead, do just enough to make a decision and act on it.
Then step back to examine what happened.
You then get to make another decision. You might decide to leave things alone. Or, you might choose to make a decision that builds on the first one.
Whatever happens, though, you’ll find yourself moving through life faster.
You’ve got this.
