It is said, you are only as good as the five people you hang around with the most. As a leader, if the people you lead do not challenge and inspire you, then it is highly likely you do not challenge or inspire them.

Do you challenge them or let them off the hook? Do they even feel safe enough to challenge you? Do they act out of obligation, rather than seeing what’s true and acting from there?
