Change is a fact of life. Change happens every day in your personal life, hobbies, work life and everywhere else in the world around you.

Sometimes, change happens in big leaps and bounds. Other times, change seems to come in little drips and shifts. Change can sometimes feel like a breath of fresh air, while other times it is intoxicating.

Every time you encounter change, it will take you outside your comfort zone. When change happens, it means you are no longer comfortable with your new reality. Change leaves you feeling vulnerable and uncertain.

It can be exhausting and even leave you with a vulnerability hangover. Look after yourself. Love yourself. Give yourself space.

The same holds true for those you lead. Give people space to look after themselves. Otherwise, the change you face may happen when they leave you.
