When a team works well together, they are more likely to produce great outcomes. In sharing their ideas, they will find more innovative solutions. When things go wrong, they will help each other out of a mess. Most importantly, they will celebrate their accomplishments together.

If your team has a lot of individualism, start by bringing visibility to the work people are doing. Then, find every opportunity for people to work together as they are always stronger together.
