Here, In Canada, several provinces are lifting all restrictions and mandates related to the pandemic. This includes Ontario, where I live.

The debate around the validity of lifting the restrictions is in full swing.

I imagine some companies will take this as the opportunity to get people back in the office. For others, they may leave things as they are.

Whatever you do, please don’t ignore the impact on people as they adjust to the next evolution of how they’re working.

They may ask questions, like, am I going to be safe going into the office? Will I be disadvantaged by choosing to work from home?

Spend time talking with those you lead. It’s a great time to ask powerful questions and help people process how they feel about the future.

One of the greatest things you can do as a leader is to support the people you lead.
