Nothing stays the same forever. The world around you is in a constant state of change.

The same is true for your team. It may seem like they’re in the same state as they were a year ago. They seem like they’re doing good.

Never take how they seem to be doing for granted.

Invest in both yourself and your team regularly. Go beyond the typical “how are you.”

Make it safe to express how they’re feeling.

Run a retrospective focused on their wellbeing.
