Who’s your competition?
There’s the obvious of other companies who compete with you for your customer’s business. All too often, though, it’s also the other leaders and teams in the same company as you.
Allocation of people and funding. Completing your piece of the puzzle, even if it’s at the expense of another team. There are lots of ways competition happens between people who work for the same company.
Rather than competing, what might be different if you worked together as if there’s more than enough for everyone to succeed.
And, if that’s not possible, then perhaps the goals were too aggressive.
A part of helping your team succeed is working with a mindset of abundance and cooperating with everyone around you.
Together.
You’ve got this.
