When you bump into a new situation, do you fake it until you make it? There are times I fake it, and when I do, I never hide this fact.

I can only assume you are out of your comfort zone when you are faking it. When you are out of your comfort zone, you will feel anxious and unsure of yourself. If you focus on how you feel, you are more likely to do something inauthentic for the sake of feeling better.

Don’t hide the fact you are faking it. When you are vulnerable, you will normalize your fears by talking about them. When you normalize your fears, you are more likely to lead authentically even if things do not go well.

Sounds like an opportunity to learn and grow, doesn’t it?

You’ve got this.
