People would often ask me what changed for me after I completed the year-long Co-Active Leadership program. At first, I didn’t know how to answer this question.

The course of my life had indeed changed, but what about me? Was I a different person?

The answer is no. I am still the same person as before I took the CTI Leadership program.

The difference is, I finally put down all of my baggage and BS stories. I allowed my true self to come to the surface without worrying what others thought of me.

This is what I call freedom. I’m more free, powerful, and at choice as a result.

One of the greatest gifts a leader can give is to help people put down the baggage they’re carrying around.

Let people’s true self shine, and they’ll go places they didn’t think was possible!
