The other week I rekindled an old story about what it means to be self-employed. Stories such as this one keep me both stuck and doing things without value. Hanging on to stories, such as this one, can be exhausting.
You spent your life-time forming your stories, and you won’t get rid of them quickly. You can be aware of your stories, move through them and choose differently. However, down the road, your stories will likely re-emerge differently.
Awareness is key to moving through your stories. Sometimes you’ll notice something in your behaviours, other times it might be a feeling. Whatever triggers your awareness, the sooner you see something, the sooner you can drop it.
Imagine your impact when you can drop your self-limiting beliefs faster?
You’ve got this.
