“What else?” is one of my favourite questions.

When I’m coaching: “what else?” invites a person to look for other possibilities. The question invites the person to name what seems impossible, or fear is blocking.

When I’m leading: “what else?” invites new opinions and ideas to enter the conversation. This is particularly powerful when brainstorming for ideas on challenging questions.

When I’m a friend: “what else?” invites them to share, and sometimes that’s all they need and want.

“What else?” Two words. Powerful invitation.

You’ve got this.
