Is your team collaborating? Or, are they merely cooperating?

There’s a big difference in the outcomes you can expect with these two ways of being.

When teams are merely cooperating, they lack sufficient trust to engage in healthy conflict. Without conflict, a team will struggle to innovate and find the best solution to their problems.

When teams collaborate, they actively debate ideas to find what they believe is the best solution.
