I thought it would be easy to sit down and write a post about servant leadership. The problem, though, is the word ‘servant.’ While I don’t get too hung up on labels usually, I’ve seen how they can result in the wrong behaviours.

When you peel back the layers and look at the core, you end up with the same thing – Leadership.

Maybe one day, we’ll get beyond the buzz words and clickbait. Perhaps we will return to the root of it all and simply talk about leadership.

Let’s not make it more complicated than necessary.
