During the pandemic, we’re all looking at things differently. Take work from home arrangements. I know many leaders who previously resisted the idea of people working from home. These leaders would often cite fears around productivity. Those very same leaders are now talking about how productive their people are being while working from home.

The pandemic has given us a fantastic opportunity to look at things from a whole new perspective. Sometimes we’re forced to look at things differently, such as working from home. How many other things, though, are you holding on to, which might be better if you changed something about it?

As we enter the new calendar year, I challenge you to question everything in your world. Better yet, employ the help of your team in questioning everything. What if there’s a better way?
