I recently saw a post on LinkedIn from a company making a statement condemning the recent hate crimes against Asians. While the post was good, the comments on the post caught my eye. The comments made me realize how important it is for companies to show their support to the world around them.

There’s the obvious reason of companies acknowledging they are a part of the communities they exist within.

The more important reason, though, is the pride I sensed in the comments from their employees. It seemed as if the post gave the people a voice on the topic as well.
