Welcome to 2021. We have a brand new year in front of us, and you might find yourself starting to worry that 2021 will be a repeat of 2020. That’s totally up to you.

As you reconnect with your team, take the time to reconnect with the people. Ask them how their holidays were, and more importantly, ask about their wishes for 2021.

If a leader starts the year with skepticism and a down attitude, the team will do the same. Inversely, if a leader comes into the year with a positive attitude and ready to have the best one ever, so will they.
