Writing a daily blog has been an investment in me over this past year. I’ve learned many things about myself. For example, I have all the time I need, and everything is a matter of priorities. I can overcome any hurdle, such as continuing the posts while off the grid for two weeks. And numerous other lessons.

While leading others, don’t forget to open your curiosity and learn more about yourself. Through your curiosity, you will become increasingly aware of how your leadership is powerful. You will also learn how you’re getting in the way of the team.

Learning and growing are not just about the team. Don’t forget yourself, too.
