I remember one leader I worked with who had an answer for everything. And, he wanted to be involved in every discussion happening on the team.
The problem was how often he insisted that we use his answer.
No one can hold all the answers.
You may have lots of good answers, but you certainly don’t have all of them. Make space for the answers your team is holding on to.
You never know. They just might have a better answer than you.
