I don’t ever want to stop learning. If I were to stop learning, I think life would get flat and dull.

The same is true for the people you work with. Think about a time in which everyone was focused solely on completing a project. Perhaps you had a tight deadline you had to meet. Whatever the situation, think about what it felt like not to have the time to stop and learn.

Learning is as much of a part of life as eating, breathing, and loving. There will be ebbs and flows to the learning, but you will pay a long-term price if people aren’t learning.

Give people time to learn every day. The payback will be incredible in terms of creativity, energy, and morale.

Learning is, after all, the source of all improvements.

You’ve got this.
