According to an Oracle survey, “82% of people believe robots can support their careers better than humans.” The article says how AI is better at giving unbiased answers.

If 82% of the people surveyed said that, what does it say about the state of leadership in organizations?

While AI might give more unbiased answers, I struggle to believe someone’s career will be better off because of it.

I admit a bot might be good at providing some simple advice, like educational and career path options.

However, bots cannot provide the intuitive, feeling, and loving support that a leader can provide. It’s often those qualities in leaders that help others grow and flourish.

Perhaps, one day, bots will have intuition and feelings. But, until then, keep leading and helping people grow.
