I’ve talked about publishing a book for several years now. However, with a busy life, the book never seems to be the priority. At least, this is the story I’ve been telling myself.

Your stories are pointing to a choice you are making. Sometimes, you have to dig a bit to find the story behind the story. For my book, it is the vulnerability that comes with putting my work out there (i.e. what if they don’t like it).

I can usually see my stories for what they are, by asking myself what being stuck gives me. With a little reflection and journaling, I can usually uncover the choices I’m making.

When you can see the choices you’re making, it’s easier to make a different choice.
