The other day, I found myself feeling down about things. I tried to pick myself up all day and muscle through my work. By the end of the day, I was exhausted.
So, we sat out back by the fire and talked. There was nothing to fix, nor anything to change. We explored how we were feeling with everything that’s happening around us. The conversation was very therapeutic, despite nothing changing.
Sometimes, the best thing people can do is talk about how their feeling. There’ll be plenty of time to get the work done.
Take time every week to talk to those around you. Don’t forget yourself too.
