Lately, I’ve been thinking about the impact of loneliness. Given how much we are all working from home, it would be easy for people to feel isolated.

I know one team that uses the zoom quite effectively (in my opinion) and are avoiding the problem of feeling isolated. The team has a zoom meeting room that everybody connects to unless they’re in a different meeting.

If they need to have a one on one conversation they jump into a breakout room and return when they’re ready. They tell me it feels like being in the office given you know your team members are always right there if you need them.

Find ways to be intentionally connected in these days of isolation.
