I’m writing this sitting on the shore of a lake. I can see four canoes traversing the lake. And, it’s pouring rain. The type of rain that soaks the world around you.

Yet, everyone I talk to has had a great trip. How can that be, given how hard it’s raining?

What I know is that trippers don’t go out to have the perfect trip. Instead, they go out for the challenge, knowing that problems, like rainy days, will happen.

What if you approach teamwork the same way? It’s not about having a perfect experience but rather to keep moving forward despite problems you will encounter.

Focus on the ability to respond to problems, and nothing can stop you. And, who knows you might just have little fun while doing it.

You’ve got this.
