What does it mean to have an impact on the people around you? For me, it means to make someone’s world better through your skills, behaviours and interactions.

However, the problem is that I can get caught up questioning my impact. Do I add enough value that I can claim my impact?

I’ve learned that questioning my value only causes me to hold myself back. And, when I hold myself back, the odds of having an impact are almost non-existent.

What if I stop questioning the value I add or the impact I’m having? What if, instead, I simply lead, knowing people will get the value they need and want?

When you stop questioning your value, you will increase your impact immensely.

Stop worrying. Just go out there and lead.

You’ve got this.
