“You’ve got this.” These might be the most important words in every post I write.

These words are my way of championing you. It’s become my way of saying there is a leader in you capable of handling whatever life throws your way. You will stumble and fail at times. However, I know you’re strong enough to get back up and keep going.

When you champion others, you inspire confidence, trust, determination and more. Championing tells them you see something in them more significant than they might believe is there.

Championing costs nothing, yet the benefits are endless. Make championing a regular part of your leadership. You might give them the confidence to do something big.
