I believe there are cycles to everything in life: nature, economics, disease, business and more. You will have times of complete joy when you feel like nothing can stop you. You’ll have other times of overwhelming challenge.

So, what can you do to ensure the current state is just another blip in the journey? There’s plenty of helpful things:

  • Take a break from your work, go outside, enjoy some fresh air
  • Meditate several times a day to keep yourself grounded (check out the free app – InsightTimer)
  • Play with the kids, cuddle your pets, or stretch
  • Eat well, and get some exercise

Remember, this a journey. Resiliency will get you through this, not strength.
