“Those who know do not talk. Those who talk do not know.” — Laozi

This is apparently a misquote of Taoism. However, I’m going to use it. For me, the quote points to something meaningful for leaders to be mindful of:

Extraverts tend to think out loud. Thinking out loud means extroverts will talk before they know.

Introverts tend to think through things quietly before talking. In other words, by the time they talk they know.

Either way, they will get to a knowing. Just don’t lose sight of how they get there.
