I find myself increasingly sensitive to buzzwords. Buzzwords, by definition, are jargon and the fashionable thing to talk about.

I’ve been a part of the Agile community for more than a decade. At first, Agile was a label for this way of working and being. Since that time, Agile has become a buzzword to form fashionable domains like Agile Leadership, or Business Agility.
Sigh. I look forward to the day these buzzwords fade away. Maybe then we can go back to talking about good leadership and business practices. After all, that’s what the world wants from you.
You’ve got this.
