There are many ways you can lay blame for your challenges and failures. While laying blame is a human thing to do, no amount of blame is going to make things better. Laying blame is only going to keep you stuck with what you have.

Pay attention to the places you’re feeling stuck and laying blame. The person you’re pointing the finger at might be someone who can help you get unstuck. The problem is when laying blame; you are inadvertently pushing them away.

Rather than pushing them away, try pulling them closer. Turn blame into a conversation about how to solve problems.
