I was worried about this exact thing when I started to publish a daily blog. Yet, here I am one year later, having published more than 250 posts.
No matter how good or bad you believe an idea is, it might be the thing that helps the team get unstuck. Keep the ownership with the team by asking permission when offering ideas, “I have an idea, do you want to hear it?” Let them decide what to do with it. Even if your idea is off base, often it can spark other ideas, which will lead to a solution.
