Over the past decade, I’ve invested a significant amount of time and money into improving myself with skills, knowledge and experiences.
Although I still doubt myself at times, I did all of this as I want to help leaders and teams work through a wider variety of challenges.
What could you improve?
Start by taking an inventory of activities and situations you’re good at handling. You’ll know them as you likely feel at ease and confident when approaching them.
Now, make a list of the types of situations that give you some anxiety. These are likely things that fall outside of your comfort zone.
What could you do to help improve one small thing this week? Read a book? Take an online workshop? Listen to a podcast?
Whatever it is, find one way to improve your leadership every week.
You’ve got this.
