How often do you say the word “No?” I know for me, I tend to say, “Yes” and get myself into trouble because I have too many things to do.

When you say “no,” you make room to say “yes” to the work you’re good at.

When you say “No,” you make room for the personal time you need to recharge, reinvigorate, and clear your mind.

When you say “No,” you make room for the things that bring out your best self.

“No.” A powerful word that opens up possibility.
